Registration

Conference registration includes access to the full schedule of keynote, plenary and parallel panels plus tea, coffee and lunch at appointed breaks throughout the conference. Further information about these activities will be posted on this website closer to the time.

 

Please note that the conference will be held on 31 August, 1 and 2 September (i.e. 3 whole days). Delegates will be able to register and collect their conference pack from 8am on Friday 31 August.

 

The registration fee is £120.00 for delegates, with fifty discounted places for full-time students at £80.00. If you are a full-time student you will need to provide proof of your student status when you send in your registration form (please send a legible photocopy of your student registration card or student ID card). Please book early to avoid disappointment.

 

Speakers whose proposals have been accepted should register immediately to confirm their place on a panel. All speakers must register by 15th April 2007.

Conference Meal:

 

The Conference meal will take place from 7pm until 10.30pm on the evening of Saturday 1st September 2007

in the Dining Hall at the Business School

and will cost £30.00

 

Places at the conference meal are limited to 70, and must be booked and paid for in advance. Partners, family members or friends who are travelling with you are welcome to attend.

 

There is no dress code for the meal.

Payment Methods:

Only cheques in Pounds Sterling are acceptable. If you are registering from overseas, you may register by credit card by completing the relevant part of the form with your account details, your signature and the date, and faxing it to the number below. Please note that card payment is subject to a 1.3% processing charge.

 

Credit card payment is only accepted for overseas delegates.

 

Cancellation Policy:

£10 service fee deducted from all refunds. No refunds will be provided after 1st July 2007.

 

Receipts:

We will send you an email once payment has been taken from your card, or once your cheque has been deposited. We will provide a receipt for your registration fee which you can pick up along with your delegate pack when you arrive in Birmingham. Travel Fund:

If you wish to make a donation to the Travel Fund to enable delegates of limited means to attend the conference, please enter the amount donated on the Registration Form. If you wish to apply to the Travel Fund for assistance, please download the Travel Fund Application Form.
